Before you start

• •A registered mobile number — create your account on any phone or computer
• •Admin approval on your subscription (daily, weekly, or monthly plan)
• •Stable Wi‑Fi for the host device and all guest phones
• •A modern browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge (avoid in-app browsers in social apps)
• •The host device should stay awake; plug in laptops and tablets if possible

Setup steps

1. 1

   Register your account

   On any phone or computer, go to the registration page and enter your mobile number. Your browser will remember it for next time.
2. 2

   Wait for admin approval

   Your venue admin activates your plan. Until then, the web host will show a blocked or pending status.

   Open the web jukebox

   On the device that will host the room, open /host in your browser. If you registered on the same device, tap “I already registered” or enter your mobile number.

   Create your room

   Once your account is active, Join Sing It creates a room automatically. A QR code and room code appear on screen — that is what guests scan.

   Let guests join from their phones

   Guests scan the QR or open the join link. They search the song book or YouTube, queue songs, react, and send shout-outs — no guest app required.

   Start playback

   When the first song loads, tap or click the screen once if prompted. Some mobile browsers block autoplay until you interact — that is normal browser behavior.

Tips for a smooth night

• •Keep the host browser tab open — closing it ends the session.
• •Use full-screen mode (F11 on desktop, or your browser menu) for a cleaner display.
• •On phones and tablets, rotate to landscape for the best jukebox layout.
• •Bookmark /host or add it to your home screen for faster access next time.
• •For local testing, guests must use your LAN IP in the QR link — localhost only works on the host device.
• •If the connection drops, refresh /host — your queue is restored from the server when possible.
